Can somebody help please? Our central processing unit which connects to the fingerprint readers is seemingly incompatible with the software on the pc. Our original computer holding the original software was stolen, so i need to get some replacement software. I've downloaded SenatorFX.NET from eden but my control module is not listed as being supported. There is a connection diagram inside the metal control panel labelled Eden LDMV2, but my googling skill has run out and i've come to a dead end. There is nothing resembling LDMV2 on the eden website. I can get the ip address from the ethernet controller on the module using senatorFX.NET, but it won't let me configure anything more than that due to the incompatibility. Can some give me more information on this LDMV2 controller please?
Yes, i wish i had seen these reviews before i saw their representative or should i say sales rep, i fell for the showcase angle good and proper, even believed him when he said it would be taken out if it did not give any benefit to the company!!!!!, no payment till completly satisfied!!!!! lies all told by Mr Howard Kirk the person who came to see me, i have'nt paid anything yet, and will continue to fight my corner.
These bullies have a contract signed by an employee who was talked into their stupid system that I do not need with lies abou ta free trial, and saying she could cancel the contract after 3 months with no obligation -and now they are threatening legal action if i dont pay £6800. Can anyone tell me if they will follow through? I cannot and will not pay any advise anyone ?Oh and did you know they are in administration? is that better or worse for me? my rating is minus 5 million stars!! not as above
I used to work for this company as a technician and was made senior technician after a while, it was only then that i found how rotten the company was and discovered fraudulant activities! These guys are now in administration and so i hope they dont hassle anyone else but beware they wont go without a fight. They operate under different names and the ones i know of are Eden, Oytech, Innovatys and Safetic, so beware!! I will now apologise to everyone that i installed a system in, i needed the job and hated every minute of it. I did the best possible job with the time and materials i had and i hope my clients saw that. The product idea is a very good one but the way it was sold is a very bad, decieving method and strings people in a web thats very hard to get out of. One thing i do know is they do not ask customers to sign a cooling period waiver so if your system was installed within 14 days without signing a consent form you contract is legally null and void.
