The investment company I run has hired Chris Dietz before. But never again. Read on and you can decide if you should... Details on current renovation with him: He's more than 7 months into a job that, from experience, should take about 3 months. He sited 'health issues' on the delay and then 'went dark'. He hasn't returned calls with a phone call in MONTHS. No new POC given for me to contact. Wait, it gets 'better'... Combo on the lockbox for my company to access the house has been changed! I've been asking for the new combo for weeks. He still hasn't supplied it. Would you hire a person that operates this way?

Dietz construction flipped our house and we spend $5000 to $10000 fixing issues from bad design and bad craftsmanship.

Called to get a quote, the person on the phone was very rude, I wish I had gotten his name. I did not use them based on customer service.

I contracted with Dietz Development to repair, prep and paint the exteriors of five adjacent commercial properties I own and manage in the Logan Circle (Shaw) neighborhood of Washington DC.

Mr. Dietz was personally on-site for the majority of the month-long project and was both communicative and extremely responsive to my requests and input. I felt that he demonstrated a very high degree of professionalism and integrity throughout course of this project. He was, additionally, quite a pleasant person and I enjoyed working with him.

I can honestly say, that in my 12 years in the real estate development and property management business, Mr. Dietz certainly ranks right up at the top of the list of contractors I've worked with in terms of honesty, dependability, and the ability and desire to do quality work.

I would not hesitate to use his company in the future.

hahaha, funny isnt it. They are suing someone for hurting their profits by "damaging their reputation" by letting people know they were not satisfied with the service. And now their page is full of nothing but people who will make sure everyone knows the company takes such a strong against freedom of speech. Hope that $750,000 last them a while because from what i see here, they're gonna need it.
