      Appalling. They lost a charm bracelet, failed to fix a watch bracelet and then damaged the watch when servicing it. 6 months to service a watch is a joke, corona or not. Communication, quality of work and timescales all woeful. Avoid unless you are a masochist.

      The staff are great and very helpful. They give value for money service and their jewellery is reasonably priced.
