As a busy solicitor I have used Complete Canine Care (CCC) for the day-time care (often 8 hours) of my very large Bullmastiff "Pretty Boy Floyd". I have used CCC for the last 8 years. (Having fired 3 previous comapnies) Floyd gained his name (after the 1930's US psycopath) when, as a rescue dog, I acquired him with seriously anti-dog aggressive tendancies. Weighing as he does over 45 kilos he was a real handful to both control and re-train. He has never been bitten and - more importantly - never been allowed to fight with any other dog.
CCC's care and control of a difficult, and potentially dangerous dog, has been exceptional.
CCC have worked wonders with Floyd - he has been walked, fed, trained, fussed-over AND disciplined when neccessary. As a result I have - for the last 5 years - walked him without a lead! Floyd is a walking adverisment for CCC's abilities in canine care of every sort and at every level. I understand, better than most, my potential liabilities with a badly behaved or badly controlled mastiff - now? - he's as good as gold. The next time you see a massive, three-legged (yes - really), brindle bullmastiff being walked, off the lead, in South Ken or Chelsea you'll be looking at a hopping advert for the skills and dedication of CCC.
I have given permission for CCC to give my contact details to anyone wanting a personal reference for CCC's services. Happy to extol their virtues to anyone wishing to obtain this solicitor's unbiased and honest opinion of 8 years of care of a (now) soppy mastiff.
Yes I was in the US but am back and have seen my dog as well as the vet. As can be seen from my user photo, the old tear is perfectly in tact on the right side of the ear while the bite and chunk missing are on the left side. The two never intersect, thus how this new chunk can be due to opening an old tear is utterly beyond me, and if you read their comment here only acts as further proof at how they are liars.
I, on the other hand, have no reason to lie here and can only reiterate that this is negligence from a bad company. Oh and how does she even know what the vet said of giving no opinion? She wasn't there...more lies.
