Excellent family-run Indian restaurant.
I'm a big fan of the banquet nights on a Wednesday and Thursday; a starter, main, side dish followed by either a coffee or ice cream all for £10 just cannot be beaten.
The food is always top notch, fresh and full of flavour prepared by chefs who know their masalla from their dansak.
I have eaten here on many occasions with big and small groups of people and the service is always attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend booking a table if you are eating in the evening, especially on banquet nights or in the summer months as it does get very busy.
This is a good indian restaurant which is just about to move into a much larger premasis next door (formerly regency joes) which should be a bonus.
The staff are very friendly here and can't do too much to help. The food it good and they have a good take away service as well as their eat in restaurant.
I look forward to visiting them when the move very soon.
I was in there a couple of weeks ago, the staff were friendly, we didn't wait long for our food because there were not many customers. I can say sometimes there was a lack of understanding as I ordered my food specifically asking to have no onions, but as every one can imagine there were onions in my food. It spoiled my meal. I don't think I would go there again.
Fantastic food, brilliant, helpful and friendly staff, excellent service, excellent ambience. An experience NOT TO BE MISSED!!
