Century Fox has got a great location right in the heart of the West End. If you're fortunate enough to be attending a private screening, you'll find that the screening room is done to the highest standards. The plush wide leather seats are incredibly comfortable, the sound system excellent (not overly loud as can be the case with some small venues) and the beautiful vintage-looking curtains covering the screen topping off the sense of luxury.

The reception provided by Fox was very well-done as well. I mean, I'd already been given the chance to catch a great movie more than a month before it was due to be released, and I'm getting free drinks and delicious nibbles too? Great stuff!

If you get the chance to see a screening at Fox's private room, then for goodness sake, take it.

The chairs have the perfect amount of 'give', the screen size is adequate and the content is digital and perfect.

You also get an insight into the life of a movie reviewer, and it's pretty sweet. So, go. If you can.

I got off at Leicester Sq tube and made my way to Soho Square which was really easy to find. Century Fox is right on the corner of the square and is flanked by grand looking stone columns.

The security at the reception is polite and informative and once signed in, you are shown to the screening area.

The theatre itself is probably the nicest I have ever been in. It had a certain old school charm to it and was intimate and comfortable. The seats were made for sinking in with enough space to sit cross legged should you wish!

I especially liked the ruched curtains across the screen.

Fantastic private cinema where I had the privilege of watching the equally fantastic 500 days of summer. Very comfortable seats, brilliant sound, and great picture. Would have definitely given 5 stars but have to agree with anelect that the reception and drinks area were a bit of a let down, that said the staff were fantastic and made up for the somewhat poor surroundings.

I recently went to a screening of 500 Days of Summer put on by Qype UK (many thanks!) and was pleasantly surprised by Century Fox. Not the best private film venue I've been to but definitely worth a visit. The cinema seats were comfy and the digital projection was top notch. The pokey reception area was a bit of let down, especially before and after the screening when people felt the need to leave the building due to lack of space.

Great screening room in the middle of Soho (and incidentally super-close to Arbutus restaurant, one of the best in central London I think), great comfy seats, big screen and top sound -- what more would you expect?
