We always had the most amazing experience with CBazaar. We have been repeat customers for more than 5 years, But these last orders we placed with CBazaar just left all the bad taste in the mouth, we could have imagined.
We placed an order on March 1st, and on March 25th, We had to call/chat with CBazaar to ask for updates on shipping, and as of today after multiple promises that they would ship and be delivered to us by April 17th, I just got infomed, that they are just going to do the best they can, as everyone can see below:
We will do our level best as soon as possible Vikas there is nothing more I can do....

I am providing this feedback to the CBazaar management to reach back out to us and make it right. We like your products and we would like to stay as your customers, But we ABSOLUTELY need better customer service
