NOT your usual spa and if you go there expecting that then you will be very surprised. This is a Moroccan Hammam which is similar to the Turkish baths where someone washes you down, massages you and pampers you and makes you feel like a goddess! The ambiance is warm and exotic and you truly feel like you have been exported to a foreign country with the lighting and the aromas. My partner and I had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back! This spa is a more budget-friendly than most, and gives you the feeling that you've just walked into a Moroccan hammam (if you didn't already realise it by the name!).

I came here a few months ago and spent an entire relaxed afternoon in the Turkish bath for £45. That's relatively cheap compared to your average spa, and the packages would be especially good value for you or for a gift. For example, get a full exfoliation, blow dry, St Tropez tan, bikini & leg wax and manicure/pedicure for £135. It may seem like a lot of money but in just a few hours you'll be transformed into a new person!

After booking a haircut weeks in advance, and taking half a day's annual leave to travel an hour and a half to get there, I was annoyed to say the least to turn up for my appointment to find my appointment cancelled. They had known the hairdresser was sick that day, and the day before, but no one called to cancel before I made the needless trip. The receptionist was also very rude, and I overheard her on the phone to a colleague referring to me as "oh no, she is English". AWFUL customer service, and according to the salon around the corner that DID offer to cut my hair, not the first time they have had to take one of their clients. Avoid at all costs.
