This is perhaps my favourite patisserie in the whole of Paris. The pastries here are superb and they are among the prettiest that I've ever seen. You can tell that an enormous amount of expertise has gone into each of his creations simply by looking at them. On top of that they taste incredible!

The Marie-Antoinette is similar to Pierre Herme's famous Ispahan except it tastes so much better. Every single one of his patisseries is perfect. I've tried a fair few of them by now and haven't ever been disappointed.

I only wish his patisserie were a tiny bit more central so that it could be frequented by more people and celebrated as it deserves.

The Hubs and I have been to Paris many times. And we're always trying new eclair places. Hands down, Carl Marletti takes the cake (pun intended).

The salted caramel is my favorite, but you can't go wrong with anything you get. The service is top notch. The taste is unparalleled. And the setting is exceptional. Worth the trek every time!

Loooove it here.  I'm in Paris for a conference, and I've been here at least three times already, and I'm squeezing in another visit on my last day.  This is my new favorite patisserie. (Old favorites were basically based on location.)

I've had the eclairs (super rich chocolate, caramel, and strawberry), plus the following delicious items: millefeuille praliné, hatsukoi, chantilly nougatine.

I do my best to speak French while in France, but the staff also speaks English, and they were incredibly kind/patient/helpful with my friends who haven't been practicing :)

Ive been here three times and I'm always happy with their pastries. My favorite creation is their eclairs. They change their flavors seasonally, with my favorite being the passion fruit banana in the spring. The do run out of things by the end of the day so I recommend going early so you can profit from their selection. You honestly can't go wrong with anything.
