Initially this company seemed to offer it all - flexible collection and delivery times, reasonable prices and an acceptable level of cleaning. However, an increasing number of damaged garments and lost items forced a rethink. The original owner sold half the business to some partners and that seems to have triggered a serious decline in both customer service standards and cleaning quality. The company now lacks any profesisonalism or due care. Factor in a 20% hike in prices which was recently implemented and there is no way to justify using this company any more or recommending it to others.
You'd be no worse off if you decided to set fire to some of your clothes each week. Sad but true.
