Very popular corner bar/restaurant in Montmartre that, despite the silly prices, is permanently busy and full of good looking people. I guess that's why I ended up there! ;-)
We stayed for drinks, sat outside (just about got enough seats), and chatted the night away with friends until the need for food could be no longer be suppressed.
The warm weather, the hip crowd, the great company - Francouer was a delight.
(the staff are hit and miss though!)
Very popular. Very expensive for what it is, however the staff is friendly. There are better places for better value to eat in this area. Chicken and risotto very good. Cote de boeuf was tough as leather. Yuck.
Lovin every minute of this cafe. It is VERY well managed. Atmosphere is fantasy French... In a good way. Duck confit excellent. Millefeuille aussi. Can't go wrong.
Pleasant. Nothing overtly good or bad about this place(though the French yelpers seem to hate on this place for whatever reason... Wish I could read the reviews to find out ) This was our local brasserie near our holiday apartment rental, so we partly came here out of convenience, but also because Aurelia was such a lovely server! All around, no problems with the language barrier. Decent food, decent drinks, and very cool atmosphere. Bathrooms were really nice and clean too! Great neighborhood joint in my book.
We walked to this quaint little place after a long night and late morning. I had the oysters and a cheese plate. My girl had the eggs benedict (with bacon) and our buddy had an omelet. Mostly everything was fine and the food was good. The server was...irritating/irritated- but so it goes in this part of Paris, the food was slightly over priced, the atmosphere was incredible/couldn't be better and the wine was divine.
Loved our visit to this little cafe. A great spot for a casual lunch.
We discovered this marvellous little cafe purely by chance and enjoyed a delightful evening. A little corner of old Paris with it's charming interior and streetscape. Started with chilled champagne followed by a delicious ravioli (vegetarian). Menu was a bit limited, especially for those of us who don't eat meat, however the quality was excellent. Finished with Baba au Rhum - an absolute knock out dessert served with pure rum poured directly from the bottle. Coffee was great and came was served a dark chocolate almond. The service was excellent and staff very attentive and friendly, even to us 'non-French speaking customers'!
