Dr Haas and Dr Smeaton are the kind of Doctors most of us cry out for, but very rarely, are lucky enough to find. If you reside in N4 I recommend you register at this surgery.

This is a busy practice and although I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a time that's suited me, you may experience a slight delay going into the Dr's room. The reason for this is not bad planning on the part of the surgery receptionists, but the time and care that the Dr's give to each patient. You are made to feel like your concerns are valid and that you are valued as a patient.

The surgery receptionists have a tough job and most have a reputation for being hardwork and defensive gate-keepers, but I can truly say, if you're polite and fair with this clinic's staff, they will always show you the same respect, plus some!

I know for many years I was looking for a Dr with a bedside manner as good as Dr Haas' and Dr Smeaton's and now I proudly tell people I've found it!

Doctors at these surgery are ok ( they do not spend more then 5 minutes with you anyway) apart from Dr Haas who thinks that everyone who goes to the GP is seeking a sick note.
Receptionists need to go on a customer service training, they are the most unhelpful and rude people I have ever met in my life, everytime I call ( if they bother to pick up) they make you feel like you are bothering them.
If you work 9-5 forget about seeing a GP. They do not take late appointments at all, you have to call everyday at 2 pm and ask for availability after 5.30 on the same day. I have been calling every single day for 2 weeks at 2pm now and I still didnt manage to see a GP, everyday they are full.
In addition to that, I cannot get through the phone until 2.45, perhaps they should have more than one person to pick up the phone since they tell everyone to call at 2.
When you are seriously ill they give you an appointment 3 weeks after you call ( if you are lucky to survive by then)
I think that if they are so busy they shouldn't take so many patients because they obviously cannot handle it.
I would not recommend this to anyone.

Very very bad service in this surgery and very rude receptionists I have never seen in my life! Appointments can only be booked exactly at 8:30am or 2pm otherwise your appointment will be after 2 weeks! Imagine! Exactly at 8:30am or 2 pm, I think only 2 or 3 person could be able to get it in the whole day at these certain times and any time you call them at these times, you will get through it at least 30 mins if you are lucky but they will tell you it's already 2:30pm and all appointments will be booked after 2 weeks! They should have enough phone lines for picking up phones at 8:30am and 2pm then. You have to manage to survive for 2 weeks before seeing a GP! Hopefully you all can do it. Not recommend to anyone at all. Shame!
