The in-house restaurant of the Grosvenor House Hotel, the food was quite good. From an authentic English breakfast to classic French meals and desserts, it is worthing dining here regardless of if you are staying in the hotel.
This is a new place in Grosvenor House, an all-day French brasserie offer solid South West French cooking. The chef, called Ollie Couillaud (quite amusing name if you are French), comes from Tom's Kitchen (another great place) and has conceived an excellent regional brasserie menu. The highlight of my dinner was the duck confit with wild mushrooms & potato cake. Don't be put off by the Park Lane location, it's certainly worth a try as an alternative to Racine or Galvin.
It looks good for breakfast too as they also have a patisserie with some cakes and pastries which looked very tempting.
Amazing food. better priced that I imagined. it was slightly over crowded but I guess thats a good sign of a popular restaurant
