    I have been to Blondes 'n' Bronze for several massages, and they have all been absolutely fantastic! The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and kind, but they are also very talented in what they do. I went first with a KGB deal and then kept coming back. Sometimes I came to pamper myself, and then I got my boyfriend hooked on coming here for massages as well. They even do a couple's massage which was fantastic. The staff were all great and I always came out feeling rejuvenated.

    Located near the Chiswick Park Tube (across from the big Sainsbury's) and just off the main Chiswick high street, they are easy to get to. I came from Central London and it was well worth the hike! I never found anywhere else in London that was as good quality for affordable prices.

    I have been to this salon a couple of times. The treatments themselves are actually not bad at all. The only complaint would be a bit too much greasy oil used in the massages so I think that needs changing. I too bought vouchers and found it impossible to get confirmations or anyone to answer the phone. This really is not good enough! I did book on the website and so far, my appointments had stuck, but I had to go along hoping they would happen rather than knowing they would. However, I had to book 2-3 months in advance. This really is not acceptable and I will just go elsewhere rather than buying vouchers if that continues. If you offer these services and people buy them in advance you can't expect your customers to wait that long for a treatment nor even be able to speak to anyone or discuss a treatment on the telephone. This salon is not bad but the customer service needs urgent attention, otherwise it'll start losing customers who would possibly return and pay full price if some of these problems were addressed!
