    Ordered in mid November from this store as I was told my two bedside cabinets were in stock.
    3 weeks later according to the website the items were still in stock and now in a 20% off sale  I still had yet to receive them.
    I phoned them to ask where they were, and then discovered that they were not in fact in stock after all.
    Instead they kept trying to push a different product on to me, which I refused to have (completely different bedside cabinet). They told me the one I wanted wouldn't be in stock for at least 2-3 months, but couldn't guarantee when.
    I asked them for a refund, and to change the status of the bedside cabinet to out of stock.
    1 month later and neither of these things have happened. I'm still chasing for a refund (they said it would take 28 days  why that long they couldn't explain  it's passed that now anyway).

    Don't bother wasting your time or money with Black Orchid Interiors. I was initially delighted when I found this company  the furniture was exactly what I wanted for my house and very different from on the high street, and I felt that the quality would be good as the prices were quite high. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed when the furniture arrived  the desk was different dimensions from those listed on the website, the metal desk had rivets missing, rivets of different colours (from different batches), the workmen had scored the metal with a stanley knife to line up the rivetting, ruining the sleek look and the metal was dented. The drawers on the side-tables looked as though they had been found in a scrap yard. We also ordered a dressing table which couldn't be opened as there was neither a lip nor a tag on the lid, the stool was so heavy it was impractical and the leather felt very cheap and the runners on the set of drawers broke on first testing. Needless to say, we sent everything back, but then had to repeatedly chase up the company for the refund  I was told the accounts department have gone home, I'll call you back (which didn't happen), the phones aren't working (though I got through first time), the computer system has gone down etc. So, although the products look great online  the quality is poor and the customer service, when you want your money back, worse.
