This is a very decent Chinese restaurant-- especially in the middle of the countryside. I would say it's the best I've found thus far (but still a bit far off from my favorite Chinatown haunts in Los Angeles and New York-- perhaps because it's Cantonese as opposed to what I'm used to). The restaurant is very well presented and the staff friendly. And it is a relief to see a Chinese restaurant owned, operated and staffed by Chinese people. But i still do often wish I could have some of what they're eating as opposed to what they're serving their guests... Have the salt and pepper squid for an appetizer (although I'd eat it as an entree!)-- light, flaky and well-seasoned.
