This branch of Barclays bank is just near the market hill in the old market town of Diss. It is a tidy looking branch. Inside the staff are very friendly and professional, they seem to be very clued up on their poduct knowledge and the counter staff appear able to assist in general queries. The queues are managed very well and waiting time is limited which is great, but as always you may need to queue longer if visiting the bank over the lunch hours. All in all they offer a good service.
Really friendly counter staff.
There's a phone for use to contact Barclaycard and other services which normally require an astronomically charge call.
They have a small waiting area with news being transmitted on a wall mounted tele as well as local papers.
