I placed an order for some car lights on Feb 8th 2013. I was expecting them quickly, so when there was no sign of delivery I emailed them on Feb 11th. Within 20 minutes they replied that the items were on back-order and I'd be told when they were dispatched. Just 5 hours later again and they cancelled my order and said they had sanctioned a full refund. That same day they took the money from my bank account.
I emailed them again to query this, and got this lame answer:
We do not take your money, you actually pay Sage pay. We have cancelled your order and sanctioned a full refund,
It is now Feb 25th and I still have no refund.
