Alright, listen to this customer service experience and judge for yourself in you want to do business with them when YOU need help.

We live in Rowlett and have a home warranty. Our pool's heating system and pump broke down just as the winter freeze hit in early December this week on last Friday on 12/7. We filed our claim and it was assigned to Atlas to come out and repair the system. We didn't hear from anyone on Friday, and while I didn't expect them to make it out with the ice storm that day, I figured we would at least receive a call telling us when they were coming. NO CALL. So Saturday rolls around and the roads weren't that bad so we thought we probably would get a call and maybe a service man. NO CALL, NO SERVICE. Keep in mind that our pool at now at 32 degrees and the pipes are at risk of freezing and bursting. On Monday, I called Atlas and finally got the scheduler who said that they had the claim, but that they don't service Rowlett. I suggested that they may want to advise the warranty company of that, and the scheduler yelled at me, and told me she was going to do me a "favor" by trying to talk someone into going out, but now based on my comment, she was going to call the warranty company and tell them they won't cover Rowlett. When I asked if I should call the warranty company to find another vendor, she told me "that's up to you" and hung up on me. I never even rose my voice in the call.

Really? I would not go there for service, supplies, or anything else. She was the rudest service person I've ever encountered. They have no willingness to be helpful. Go ahead and find someone else to do "favors" for. I found another vendor very happy to take the work.
