The best little food shop in Cambridge by far selling everything you could ever want including a farmers stall outside on Saturday, veggie sausages, Green People toiletries and take away food in the chiller cabinet at the back of the store. Their humous and breads are well worth a try. A bit pricier than the supermarket but worth it if you can afford it as the food is much tastier and you feel as though it might actually be doing you some good. The interior of the shop is very pretty but can often get crowded especially at the weekends. Rory McGrath shops here too!

Arjuna is one of Cambridge's finest institutions. It's primarily a wholefood co-operative, selling a great range of organic, sustainable, fairtrade and green products. It's no ordinary shop though, you'll find locally-baked bread, ready meals, spices, rices, pulses and fresh local veg. They also have 'healing rooms' where various types of practitioners can give you therapies and alternative treatments.
They also supply wholesale foods. They're not some new, trendy company, they've been slogging away since I was a kid in the seventies. Good luck to them and well done for surviving so long!

Great organic food shop - if you are looking for any ingrediants which is healthy or organic, this the place to go! Although parking is a problem, but you can park in the town and walk down, really worth a browse and go on try something different. Very quirky shop - take your own bag and the staff are really helpful! They also offer alternative treatments there too!
