Hi, if I check in through the MGM app do I need to show Credit Card/ID again to pick up keys? Are there any self key printing kiosks?
A:
There's a machine you can print keys from or you can use the digital key on your app. You can also add a guest in advanced and they can use the digital key on their app as well. You just have to send them the link after your room is assigned.

Great experience staying here.
This hotel has everything. Our room had a fantastic view of the strip, remote controlled curtains, and a really nice bathroom with both a tub and walk-shower.
There is a great casino, and several great bars and restaurants downstairs.
The staff is cordial and service is very fast. The lines can be long during check-in and check-out times, but you can avoid that with good planning.
Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Vegas.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 21 Apr 2024
Modelo in bottles ... that's classy AF! ARIA is amazing. It's one of the better casinos on the strip with a pretty good location mid-strip (although it can be a bit of a trek to the actual LVB). It has a ton of restaurants and is connected (kind of) to a number of other casinos/hotels like Vdara, Park MGM and the cluster of hotels in that area.
We didn't stay here, but since Vdara didn't have too many food choices, we ended up here to eat at the food court once or twice. There's an awesome sundry shop on the Vdara side too. But let's not forget about Din Tai Fung! The world famous dumpling place which is consistent and delicious. There's lots of higher end restaurants too and Javier's Mexican was one of them. So many other places too, but we ventured to the Cosmopolitan and other casinos in order to try a variety of stuff.
It's definitely a resort where you can spend a few days and not leave at all. I prefer to get out and about to check out other areas so walking to some other hotels was pretty easy. They have a train which may be worth it if you're going to the Park MGM, but depending on where you are in the resort, the Vdara might be a quicker walk. Use your judgement.
In a world of one casino trying to outdo the other, this anchor of the City Center project is definitely a highlight on the Vegas Strip.Helpful 27Thanks 7Love this 25Oh no 0 - 12 Apr 2024Updated review2 check-ins

Love this casino. The reward program is good and can be used at an MGM in other states.
There are plenty of games and live tables for anyone's pleasure.
But remember: if you or anyone you know has a gambling problem. Call the hot lineHelpful 36Thanks 9Love this 32Oh no 0 - 34991651463614 Mar 20244 check-ins
I'm so surprised to be rating Aria so low. We have stayed in every MGM property except this one and we were really looking forward to it. I have so many friends that love this place and won't stay anywhere else. But we not only didn't love it, we didn't like it very much at all.
The overall feeling we got from ARia was "Joyless". The staff seemed (with maybe one or two exceptions) to be deeply unhappy. Almost as if this was some sort of forced labor situation. No one was particularly helpful or nice. No one seemed to care if we were happy. It was not pleasant.
We checked in at the VIP lounge and I was told we had been upgraded to a suite. That was nice. But the $500 deposit charged seemed excessive. Even the Cosmopolitan and the Venetian (much nicer hotels) don't charge anywhere near this much. And look, I didn't ask for the upgrade so being hit with this big charge for a "favor" was not a pleasant check-in surprise.
I didn't get much in the way of direction to my room, even though I made it clear this was our first time staying here. Some direction would have been very helpful as our room was so far away I stopped mid-way through the trek and used a house phone to attempt to get clarification thinking "It could not POSSIBLY be this far...".
An aside here... do not attempt to get any help from Aria's awful phone system. They connect you to an Aria Campus Voice Assistant named Ava. No matter who you ask for you will get "Sky Suites Front Desk" and if you're not staying at Sky Suites, they don't want anything to do with you.
So eventually we kept walking and even though the room numbering made no sense (first all even numbers, then about a 1/3 mile down the hall, it changes to odd numbers - insanity). I have never had a room so far away - this (Tower Suites room) was the longest walk in Vegas... we were practically staying at the Park MGM. If you have ANY mobility issues or you just don't want to spend a lot of your vacation hiking to get to an elevator, make sure to clarify how far your room is from the elevator.
Our suite was oddly designed and not made with humans in mind. It is like they made design choices over function and comfort. Which is consistent with the rest of the hotel. The main bathroom had a weird configuration, with the toilet (one of those Toto things that squirts water and blow dries your undercarriage) immediately inside the room in a glass closet... so you're practically using the toilet in the bedroom. That isn't luxurious. At all.
Our TV froze every few minutes. Wifi is super spotty and you need to sign in every hour or so for both phones and laptops/tablets.
As far as amenities, Aria DOES house my favorite restaurant in Vegas (Carbone) and some other interesting places to dine. We don't love the new, much lauded high-limit slots room... it's claustrophobic and uncomfortable - again design choices made to be cool instead of being comfortable and inviting for guests. The VIP lounge is only open from 9-7, which is more limited than most other resorts and again, not super guest-friendly.
I have to add a special "shout out" to the absolute weirdest MGM Rewards desk experience ever. And again, we've stayed at all the properties. The young man that worked with me was actually talking to himself - having a full on conversation with himself - while looking up my account. I was confused because he was you know, talking. He said to me (and I am not kidding) "When I'm talking to you, you'll know." DAMN. Park MGM has an awful Rewards desk. This one is even worse. This gentleman's supervisor was also an ass that wanted to explain to me why I wasn't given $15 more in free play... meanwhile, we're about to go gamble thousands of dollars but OK buddy... feel superior. Worst desk of all the properties - we have a winner!
This was a very surprising experience. The only way I can sum up Aria is it's like a Dystopian world with modern, uncomfortable design and unhappy people. I can't imagine staying here again.Helpful 6Thanks 2Love this 3Oh no 1 - 83604115730 Mar 20245 check-ins
We had a 5 Star experience at this 5 star resort ! What more can I say but the Aria is the best hotel that I have stayed at on the strip! We had the Stay Well Deluxe Room on the 23rd floor with an amazing view of the Strip! We could see everything including the Raiders Stadium!
Other amazing amenities:
-Floor to ceiling windows
- remote controlled drapes that blackout that sunlight if needed
- air purifier
- Music system with ocean sounds
- ipad with room controls and hotel informations
- huge luxury room with huge shower and tub
- lovely marble bathroom
The hotel itself is massive . They have over three pools, numerous restaurants to choose from including Julian Serrano, Catch, Javier's, Salt and Ivy, Proper Food Hall with plenty of big screens to watch the March madness games.
And they have a digital concierge who will do all your bookings at all the MGM resorts ! Highly recommend!! Will be backHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 28420244619 Mar 2024
5 stars, cause she loved the shower bathtub and the cleanser bar soap they provided. Because the scent was pleasant, doesn't leave a film on your skin, and it actually exfoliates. Hahahaha
I personally like the location and the night club was fun.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 96336117311 Mar 2024Updated review6 check-ins
This Vegas trip we are current staying at Aria for three nights. We stayed at one of their top two floor where they have their premier advertise staywell rabbit air filtration system.
The room is nice. However our room
Is second room closest to the night club across the street which can be loud at night until 3 am. The white noise system in the room does not work well. Glad I brought eat plugs.
Overall staff is nice and check in was through mobile and it is very convenience.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 029 May 2023Previous reviewI like that there is a tram that goes from aria to Bellagio and vice versa. Walking from Bellagio to aria is only about 1/2miles too, which was nice. We have a rental car but traffic can be something else during rush hour.
Aria casino seems less crowded than Bellagio at the time we went here, which is a plus. We spent about slightly over an hour at aria today. The casino floor at Aria smell less cigarette smoking. - 4 Mar 2024
The Aria resort and casino is one of the nicest places to stay on the strip. They provide a wonderful amount of different amenities on site. Not to mention some of the best dining options. Be sure to get reservations!
It's steps away from The Shops at Crystals. Which has easy access to the tram.
In my most recent stay, I was upgraded to a king stay well premier suite.
The stay well premier experience is a holistic revolutionary solution that aims to improve your physical and emotional, being all traveling. Room features such as air purification, stay well mattress, soundscape, guided meditation, designated signage, aromatherapy in common area.
Another very unique thing about Aria resort and casino is the scent that is something that people remember long after they have left.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 2798024725 Feb 2024
Definitely an enjoyable hotel to stay and spend your time at! The Aria offers a variety of food options to choose from. From the Proper Eats food hall, to the multiple delicious restaurants available, you can't ever get bored with what the Aria has to offer.
Casino was always clean, I consistently saw employees coming by to wipe down machines and clear out any ash trays or beverage glasses that were left behind. The up keep definitely shows and adds value to the stay.
Checking into our hotel was quick and simple, Bryan at the front desk was amazing and made sure that we'd start our vacation off perfect! Staff here were all so friendly and helpful, I appreciate such great hospitality!
