Apollo cinema, is located close to the main car park in Fareham by the bus station. It regularly gets new films and sometimes offers kids club specials on Saturday or Sunday mornings.

I have had problem trying to book in advance over the internet for this cinema as the website doesnt seem to work as easily as others. There is a telephone number in this instance.

The seats are well located (you can see over the head of the person in front of you), and are comfortable.

There is a small bar located in the cinema where I have had a glass of very warm red wine! Not to be repeated!!
Worth finding a local bar and having a drink there first then coming round to enjoy the movie. Plenty of restaurants close by for early or late visits.

One of the Apollo Cinema chains. There are only a couple of screens so there aren't as many films as say, Vue cinema in Gunwharf. The best thing about apollo is the luxury seating. For an extra couple of quid you can upgrade to their fancy-pants seating. These seats are bigger and leather, and you can actually lift the armrest up, which is nice if you are a couple. The only downside with these is that they are right at the back, which means the surround sound is outta whack, as everyone knows, the best seats are right in the middle. Somewhere between win and fail. Very expensive, especially for the popcorn and that.

Do not do the Cinema that often, but have been to the Apollo a few times now. I like this Cinema as it is smaller than others in the area, bit more cosier. Friendly, professional staff.
