      Party bus broke down offered limo as a replacement. An hour before arriving at 4:30am they called to say limo had broken down, so they left us stranded trying to get 12 people to gatwick airport at 5:30am on a Sunday. Since have refused to pay our excess travel cost or any compensation.

      I have used these a number of times over the years and over the last 4 years have usually booked 4-5 16 seater limos which cost around £2500 each year .... then last year 3 out of the 5 broke down during the evening and one of the drivers was smoking pot ... I didnt even get an apology ... but I thought I'd give them another go for this year n booked 5 large limos for my international ball which again cost nearly £2500 and when they turned up was told 1 had broken down already, so they sent a mini bus ... when I contacted them about people in the bus not being happy and I'd like to speak to someone about getting refunded some of the money ... the owners refused to speak with me or come up with a solution to the issues raised ... their customer service is shocking when issues arrive ... they only had to show concern and meet me half way and this could have been resolved and they'd have kept a good customer ... that wont happen now .....

      Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the service.
      The Sales team were great Karen Fisher was really good. But it was my wedding day last Saturday and we had two cars organised for different pickups. The Phantom was spot on and correct, but the limo went to the wrong address. It was supposed to pick the Mother, Father and baby of the Bride up and it never showed there at all. They were waiting for the car. It was so stressful for all parties that my friend had to go and pick them up. Which mad everyone late for the church. When I phoned the office they said the driver would call me straight away, but he didn't I had to call 3 times. I was so stressed out at this point and my poor mum, dad and baby were very upset and stressed. Everyone was late for the church. Also when it arrived the limo smelt so badly of sick - people refused to go in. Infact people that were in it you could smell the sick of them and it spoilt the whole experience.
      The driver did not have a clue of where he was going and it was only 2 mins down the road. It was an awful experience. I have been dealing with Karen who is very good and has refunded me but we were not happy with this service and it spoilt the beginning part of my wedding.
      The drink was not very nice and very cheap too. Procecco would have been better than what they had.

      Appalling service. We hired a Hummer to take us and guests to our wedding and the car didn't even turn up. Initially, the driver called my husband and told him he would be 20 minutes late which we were fine with as we had booked the car well in advance of our wedding.

      There was still no sign on the car after 20 minutes so my fiance called the office to be told that the car would be at least 50 minutes late. By this time, we would have missed our slot at the Registry Office so we ended up having to drive ourselves to our wedding and we just made it in time. I arrived upset, angry and close to tears - it was not how I envisaged arriving on my big day.

      We did get our deposit back but that did not make up for the sheer disappointment and anger that we felt. I would strongly think twice about using this company as I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

      really good, we hired a limo for my nan's 80th and even though it broke down and we had to get another one to replace it, we got a few free bottles of champagne and they were really friendly about it!
